The Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of Europe (CLRAE), at participation The state Council of the Republic of Tatarstan (Russian Federation), carries out conference on theme «Constitutional status of regions in the Russian Federation and other European countries: a role of a regional legislature in strengthening "unities in variety"». The basic purpose of conference is discussion of a modern condition and development of the constitutional status of regions in the various European countries and, particular, the status of subjects of the Russian Federation by the European experts and their Russian colleagues.
