« … Experts in the field of a public politics from the Great Britain will act with reports: Michael Toft (Political Adviser, the Standards Board for England, UK) and Chris Game (Senior Lecturer, Institute of Local Government Studies, the University of Birmingham, UK). Representatives of scientific community, bodies of the government and politicians of Tatarstan Republic will take part in work of a round table.
During discussions it is supposed to present an operational experience of the Standards Committee in public life of the United Kingdom and the Standards Board for England; to discuss opportunities to creation of a Council under standards and development in Tatarstan which activity should be directed on the decision of actual problems in the field of development of political-legal institutes and local self-management in Tatarstan Republic, and also introductions of new standards of the government, first of all, in social sphere … »
